What Services Do You Provide?

We are Licensed & Insured to clean anything pertaining to the outside of your home or business such as fences, playground sets, gazebos etc. However, vehicles are excluded from my broad range of services. Tables, chairs and other personal items are acceptable, but will be considered on a case by case situation and subjective to the owners discretion depending on the nature of the cleaning process.

How Soon Can I Expect The Job To Be Completed?

There are a few factors to take in consideration concerning this matter. Weather conditions can be unpredictable which effects the productivity on a daily basis, potentially pushing the work throughout the week to different days. We will notify you if this occurs so that there are no unexpected arrival dates. Furthermore, there are no specific times of arrives due to the nature of the uncertainties.

What Information Do I Need To Provide?

All clients are required to provide their first and last name, address of the residence and a email to receive a free quote. This is to ensure good communication between both parties on the price and what is to be expected. Other means of communication are allowed as well such as text messages, phone calls or any other means, but all means of interactions are subject to be saved or recorded if there are any discrepancies.

Are Items That Are Left Outside An Issue?

In most situations no. We recommend that any valued items to be removed from the outside area of a residence, or placed in a area where that item or items cannot be affected by the nature of the cleaning process – especially fabrics and electronic’s. All efforts from Exterior House Wash Services will be implemented to help assist in moving and keeping these valued items safe and free of chemicals, or water damaged during the cleaning process. However, considering some cases where the amount of work involved in moving a particular item or items safely is too extensive, it is the home owners responsibility to provide an area suitable to clean. Some area’s might not be cleaned because of this type of situation. Any accidents or damage caused to a particular item that is not fixed to a foundation is not Exterior House Wash Services responsibility or liability.

Do I Need To Do Anything To Prepare For The Cleaning?

Absolutely! It is your responsibility to ensure all doors, windows, garages and any other potential openings that could enter the home. Ensuring everything is sealed prior to the cleaning process is essential in preventing any mishap’s . Not to mention removing any valuables such as fabrics, electronics or any personal items.
